Day-to-day tasks as an Accounting intern or trainee:

  • Transaction Entry: Record basic financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Document Management: Assist in organizing, filing, and scanning financial documents to maintain a streamlined record-keeping system.
  • Invoice Assistance: Help in processing and verifying invoices, ensuring correct data entry and timely payments.
  • Reconciliation Support: Assist senior accountants with reconciling bank statements against the general ledger, highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Report Preparation: Aid in preparing preliminary financial reports, charts, or tables for review.
  • Research Assistance: Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, or any discrepancies as directed by senior staff.

Day-to-day tasks of our juniors include:
