Transparency Report and Audit Quality

A sworn auditor's commercial company providing audit services to a public-interest entity is required to publish a transparency report on its website no later than four months after the end of each reporting year. The transparency report is prepared and published in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of Regulation No. 537/2014.

We are pleased to provide an overview of our organization and its operations, believing that the transparency report offers a clear and accessible format for understanding the company's key ethical principles, as well as the independence and quality assurance processes we have implemented to ensure the reliability and quality of our audit services.

Audit quality

High-quality audits are an absolute necessity for building trustworthy relationships with businesses, partners, and public authorities. That’s why our clients can expect tailored and personalized solutions provided by skilled and qualified professionals.

We take our quality management responsibilities seriously and have implemented a comprehensive internal quality management system to ensure that our audit services consistently meet the highest standards expected by our clients and regulatory authorities. The system is designed to identify and manage risks that could affect the quality of our audit services and to continuously improve the effectiveness of our quality management procedures.

Every year, we publish an audit quality report, detailing our company’s approach to enhancing audit quality.

The report includes:

Contributions to our quality management system, leadership and professional practice resources; Our definitions and measurements of audit quality; Our process for delivering audit services, guided by the firm's core values and our professional judgement.
